Ryan and I had the 20 week sonogram on Monday and found out we are expecting a baby girl! We are very excited. We don't have a name for sure yet, but won't likely post it when we do. We have to keep you guessing for somethings.
For over an hour, they took a lot of measurements and estimated her weight. She is slightly larger (by about a week) and weighs about 4 oz. more than average. She appears to be very healthy and there were no issues identified, so we are very thankful. It was a stressful event until we knew everything looked okay so far, but it made the experience very real for us.
We do have one image, but it isn't good at all. She wasn't cooperating for the "camera." But once we reconnect our scanner (from when it was moved from her room to the new office in the basement), we'll post the image.

We didn't know you were expecting! Congrats! We will pray for a healthy baby girl in August. Little girls are fantastic... we are having a great time with Audrey.
We'll be in the DC area in late July so we should get together.

We waited to share the news with everyone. Just about the time we decided to share our news, was when Audrey was due and within the next week or so she was born. So we didn't want to steal your thunder. :-)
We were actually going to contact you guys this weekend to share the news.
Hope to see you and meet Audrey in July! We received her birth announcement yesterday in the mail. She's beautiful!
